About David
Dr. David Delivers Results
David Williams was born and raised in Pensacola, Florida, and educated in the Escambia County School District. He attended A.A. Dixon Elementary, Brownsville Middle School, and Pensacola High School before earning degrees at Southern University and the University of West Florida.
Dr. Williams retired from the Escambia County School District after thirty-five years of service — as a teacher, coach, assistant principal, and principal. He is the fifth son of Hollice T. Williams, Sr., the first modern day African American elected to the Pensacola City Council.

Dr. Williams' first term produced real, measurable results for students and families across Escambia County — from literacy programs to school safety upgrades to scholarship funding for African American students attending HBCUs.
